Postpartum Plan
Prenatal Preparation Visit
Includes an in-home visit during the third trimester to set up your sleep spaces, create 7 postpartum care stations throughout your home, and provide personalized newborn sleep education.
Postpartum Home Visits
1-2 personalized in-home visits after baby arrives focused on basic newborn care education, deep emotional support and encouragement, feeding and recovery guidance, and trusted local resource recommendations.
Nourishment Support
Premium meal care featuring delicious, comforting homemade freezer meals prepared and delivered straight to your home, along with simple, realistic meal plan recommendations.
Virtual Support
Continuous text, email and virtual support between visits to answer your middle-of-the-night questions, provide active sleep troubleshooting, and offer steady emotional encouragement.
Faith-Based Encouragement (Optional)
Christian-centered postpartum care designed to wrap your journey in prayer support, scripture-based encouragement, and faith-centered emotional comfort.
